Angels All Around Us

Do you ever see reoccurring numbers over and over and ever wonder what they mean?

Since I was a little kid, I’ve had an affinity with the number “3”. Literally, whenever I was worried about something the number “3” or even “33” would appear either on a clock or on the side of a passing bus or in countless other scenarios. Upon seeing the number I would be instantly calmed, for I felt and knew that everything was going to be okay. Sure enough, I always was.

That’s when I discovered the Angel Therapist, Doreen Virtue. Among her many insights into the angelic realm, she talks about the ways our angels give us divine guidance.

Their divine guidance can appear in many different ways and at any time of day – regardless if we are expecting the signs or not! They can show up in our lives as coins, feathers , an oddly shaped cloud or you may simply overhear a stranger’s conversation that confirms what you had just been thinking about or talking about with a friend! I can’t tell you how many times strangers’ dogs have confirmed things for me! I’ve seen them nearly pull their owner sideways on the sidewalk trying to get my attention- all while I was thinking about something that needed confirmation. (Animals truly do have a sixth sense!)

Another way angels try and get your attention is through reoccurring numbers. Seeing the numbers “4”, “44”, “1234” are the classic angel numbers telling you that your guardian angels are with you and supporting you.

My personal favorite story about angel signs happened my first day in Singapore.

When I arrived in this gracious city, I kept seeing “44” Everywhere License plates, my flight number had “44” in it, every time I looked at the clock it was ##:44. Now, I hadn’t planned on going to Singapore. I did it on a whim and against my mom’s wishes- she was terrified about me going to Asia by myself. So when I saw “44” I actually thought it was my maternal grandma telling me that I’m protected and my mom will be fine, no worries! Why I thought it was my maternal grandma? I don’t know. I just felt it was my grandma.

But then I found an American dime on the street. Random, but regardless, I decided to call my mom and let her know that her daughter was alive. When I called my mom, she told me that my paternal grandma, who had been ill for some time, had peacefully passed away the night before.

I was both sad and speechless, but at the same time, I felt this great since of relief. I knew that she’d been sick and her time was coming so I was happy she was no longer suffering.

After the tears subsided, I shouted into the phone, Mom! Oh my god, you’ll never guess what happened today?! Just like that, my whole day made sense! Here I was thinking that it was my maternal grandma sending me signs when my paternal grandma was actually saying hello from the other side.

To this day when I’m worried or just need that extra boost of confidence, boom! Just like magic, a dime appears in front of my feet. My grandma is always there to let me know to keep my head up and keep smiling because I’m a dime. And so are you ;), Whenever you feel alone and need guidance, simply ask for a sign. I have come to find that all you need to do is ask and be patient. Inevitably your sign will come.

  1. Many people think many different things as far as divine beings etc. I think “signs” are present no matter what you believe in. I know that I feel and see signs everywhere and while I may not make major decisions based on them, they do tend to soothe me.

  2. No way, really?! I can’t tell you how many times a week for the last 10 years I see the time 12:34. I just always thought it was so weird, but now I know!

  3. Very interesting read, I do believe in numerology and angels. Sometimes we do not realize but there are energies that contribute to our well-being and sometimes our sorrows. I believe I have an angel since I have been saved from extreme situations in the past.

  4. I don’t really believe in this kind of stuff, but I guess none of us do until something happens to us that makes us be believers. Your story was very nice and heartwarming to read.

  5. I really enjoyed reading this. I have listened to a couple of podcasts about angels and this is just another blog to confirm them. Thank you
